FROM THE FLIGHT LINE TO PROJECT DELIVERY
The work came before the title.
FI5E grew from 20 years of United States Air Force service, beginning with fighter-aircraft maintenance and advancing into leadership, complex operations, risk control, and mission-critical execution when conditions were difficult and consequences were real.
That experience became the foundation for more than a decade of technical and capital-project delivery across functions, regions, job sites, customer teams, contractors, specialists, logistics partners, and executive stakeholders. The industries changed, but the fundamentals did not: establish the facts, put eyes on the work, document decisions, assign clear responsibility, communicate early, and never confuse an assumption with verified readiness.
WHY FI5E EXISTS
Project managers should not have to search everywhere for everything.
Talented project managers repeatedly face the same problem. Training explains terminology and software, but rarely explains what to do when a customer is upset, a site is not ready, a long-lead item was missed, a commitment exists only in conversation, or a project must move to another PM without losing control.
