Project Matrix does not save your project content to your FI5E account or project database.
How this temporary workspace protects your content

Written fields are transmitted temporarily to generate your draft with AI storage disabled. Uploaded photos and supporting files stay in the active browser tab unless you choose to export or share them. On iPhone or iPad, iOS may close an inactive tab and erase unfinished work. Keep this tab open and export interim work before stepping away. Do not enter patient information, credentials, or content you are not authorized to handle. Export the package, confirm it is safe, then erase this workspace.
