FI5E 360 (FI5E) provides experience-based project-management guidance for education, professional development, and reference.
FI5E content reflects the author’s experience, judgment, and project-management practices. It is not a substitute for applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, safety procedures, organizational policies, manufacturer instructions, or qualified professional advice.
Guides, checklists, generated examples, draft documents, community discussions, and AI-assisted responses are informational starting points. They do not authorize work or override the people and governing documents responsible for a project.
FI5E tools help users create their own project-specific work product. The user selects the inputs, decides what belongs, edits the output, and approves the final version.
FI5E Navigator accepts text questions only. Project Matrix can attach authorized photographs and supporting files inside the active browser tab so the user can label, review, package, and export them. Those files are not sent for AI interpretation or saved to the FI5E account or project database. Never add confidential or restricted information.
Safety, engineering, legal, financial, regulatory, technical, clinical, and compliance matters must be verified with the appropriate governing documents and qualified professionals.
Projects involve conditions outside FI5E’s control. Use of the content does not guarantee any particular schedule, cost, safety, compliance, performance, acceptance, or delivery outcome.

Any publicly displayed tracker, dashboard, document, or project example uses fictional sample information. FI5E does not publish real customer, employer, or project records as demonstrations.
Preliminary website language. Final terms, licensing, privacy, purchase, and refund provisions are explained in the purchase policy before paid products are released.Account records and saved work are connected to the signed-in account so members can use and delete them. Optional website analytics use a separate random browser identifier and are not connected to the member account. Turning analytics off below also requests deletion of records associated with that browser identifier.
Email review and generated drafts: Text pasted or uploaded for an email review is transmitted temporarily for that requested AI review with model storage disabled. FI5E does not save the submitted email text to the member account or project database. The review remains in the active browser workspace until the user exports it or erases the workspace. Users must remove protected health information, credentials, confidential content, and any material they are not authorized to share before submission.
Project Matrix device backups: A backup is created only when the user chooses Download draft backup. It is downloaded directly to the user’s device and can contain written entries and original attached files. FI5E does not receive or store that backup. The user is responsible for protecting and deleting it under the same requirements that govern the source project records.
FI5E records a random browser identifier, page path, event type, and a stable control identifier. It does not record rendered button text, question text, answer text, saved-project content, form entries, or uploaded files. A rolling cleanup removes records older than 90 days. Analytics are used to improve navigation and site usefulness.
These terms will be presented again at checkout before payment is completed.
Guides, access to document-building tools, generated starting drafts, answers, and other digital products are nonrefundable after a successful redemption, except where required by law. Credit purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by law. Canceling membership does not refund credits; unused purchased credits remain in the free Basic account. A confirmed duplicate charge or technical failure that produces no usable output will be corrected or the generation credit restored.
Cancellation controls will be available before paid subscriptions launch. The planned policy allows cancellation at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Partial-period or prorated refunds are not provided except where required by law.

FI5E provides guided tools, methods, and editable starting examples based on information the user enters. The user chooses the content, decides what applies, revises the wording, fields, organization, and visual presentation, and approves the final result. Generated output is not a completed, approved, certified, or project-ready document.
Before use, the user is responsible for verifying scope, dates, dependencies, costs, risks, safety requirements, contractual obligations, approvals, recipients, commitments, and every other project-specific requirement. FI5E does not guarantee that a generated draft is accurate, complete, compliant, accepted, or suitable for a particular project.
FI5E retains all rights in its underlying framework, guide, methods, source content, software, prompts, and source examples. The user may adapt their generated work product for their own project, but receiving it does not grant ownership of the underlying FI5E system.
The FI5E PM Guide remains an online-only Pro-member resource. It is not delivered as a PDF or other downloadable file. Access is licensed to the subscribed member for individual professional reference and does not permit forwarding, sharing, posting, reproducing, reselling, distribution, automated extraction, or use in another artificial-intelligence system.
Guide content may be displayed one relevant section at a time and may include visible, changing account and session watermarks. Access may be suspended when FI5E reasonably identifies unusual bulk viewing, unauthorized distribution, automated extraction, credential sharing, or other misuse.
Organizations requiring access for more than one person must purchase an appropriate team or enterprise license. Final checkout terms will control if they differ from this preliminary summary.
While membership is active, members receive protected online guide access plus the question, community, and separate resource-download allowances included with their plan. Guide access never includes a downloadable copy of the complete guide.
When the paid access period ends, guide access, member-library downloads, updated resources, Companion access, and Council privileges end. Separate products purchased à la carte remain available under their individual product terms.
Separate downloadable work products may contain visible member information and an invisible, account-specific identifier. Members may adapt those working copies for their own projects, but may not provide the original or modified resource as a template library for coworkers, clients, organizations, or third parties.
Automated extraction, account sharing, mass redistribution, removal of ownership markings, resale, public posting, and use in another commercial product are prohibited. FI5E may review unusual download activity and suspend access while suspected misuse is investigated.
