Credits, purchases, and cancellations
Credit purchases and completed redemptions are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law. Canceling your membership or closing your account does not refund purchases or restore redeemed credits.
Use credits for digital work
Credit costs are displayed before you confirm an action. Included plan access is used first, followed by unexpired Welcome Credits, then purchased credits. Membership allowances reset on the stated schedule and do not roll over. Welcome Credits expire after 30 days.
Keep what you paid for
Unused purchased credits do not expire and remain in your free Basic account after membership cancellation. A failed action that produces no usable result consumes no credits. Reopening an unlocked result and its included revision do not cost additional credits.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account, except where required by law. A payment refund or dispute puts the associated unspent credits on hold while it is resolved. Contact Support if a genuine technical failure needs investigation.
Cancel a membership
Use Membership and billing to cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse completed credit purchases or redemptions. Access included with the membership ends when its paid term ends. Your Basic account and unused purchased credits remain available. Any refund required by applicable law is unaffected.
Apply eligible leftovers to merchandise
Credits are primarily for digital services. After at least 50% of a purchased pack has been used for digital services, its remaining credits may cover up to 25% of an eligible merchandise item's price, at their actual purchase value. Welcome credits and membership allowances are excluded. Shipping and tax are paid separately. Buying credits alone does not make them eligible for merchandise.
Merchandise ordering is not open yet. Eligibility is calculated separately for each pack. The checkout will show the discount and remaining cash total before payment. Credits do not become gift cards, cash, or a right to buy unavailable merchandise.
Merchandise orders and problems
When merchandise opens, ordinary change-of-mind purchases will be final unless the product page states otherwise. This does not remove rights for defective, incorrect, missing, or unshipped orders, or any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by law.
Closing your account
Closing an account removes saved project content and access to that content. It does not automatically refund purchases or restore redeemed credits. Required payment and credit records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution. Canceling only your membership lets you keep using your Basic account.
