Credits are primarily for digital services. After at least 50% of a purchased pack has been used for digital services, its remaining credits may cover up to 25% of an eligible merchandise item's price, at their actual purchase value. Welcome credits and membership allowances are excluded. Shipping and tax are paid separately. Buying credits alone does not make them eligible for merchandise.

ID.ME VERIFICATION REQUIREDMinimum-information standard
FI5E retains only the email needed for access and receipts, an internal account identifier, question usage, purchase or subscription status, and the tips, questions, answers, or notes a member chooses to save. A member may also save up to 25 sanitized project snapshots using generic descriptions and job roles. Saved project context, tips, answers, resolution follow-ups, working documents, document versions, credit balance, and credit history remain private to that account. Payment details remain with the payment processor. Separate optional website analytics use a random browser identifier rather than the member account; the control below explains and disables that collection.
Optional website analytics
FI5E records a random browser identifier, page path, event type, and a stable control identifier. It does not record rendered button text, question text, answer text, saved-project content, form entries, or uploaded files. A rolling cleanup removes records older than 90 days. Analytics are used to improve navigation and site usefulness.
