THE FI5E WAY, NOT THE ONLY WAY

Start with an example. Build what your project needs.

FI5E shows how it approaches concepts such as project intake, site observation, assessment, readiness, and delivery records to recommend what belongs in the document. It is a field-tested starting point, not a required format. You decide the name, arrangement, fields, and final content.

WHAT IS A GANTT CHART?

See the project across time.

A Gantt chart is a visual schedule that places project tasks on a timeline. It shows start and finish dates, sequence, overlapping work, dependencies, and milestones so a PM can see what must happen first and how a delay may affect the rest of the project.

BUILT BY YOU. POWERED BY FI5E.

You create it. You edit it. You approve it.

FI5E uses the project facts you enter to generate an editable starting example. Change the content, organization, and visual presentation to make the final deliverable your own. It is not completed, approved, certified, or ready for use until you verify every project-specific requirement.
